Hiring for BRD: A Case Study
BRD designs, develops, and markets financial software. It offers a platform that delivers crypto purchasing, commercial register, credit rating information, management, figures, contact and news, trading, and merchant services.
One of our first ventures into the Blockchain space, we partnered with BRD during the first crypto boom in 2018, and we successfully recruited their early VPs of Product, Marketing, and HR. More recently, our mandate has been to contribute to Sales, Design and Engineering, with all hires being made remotely.
