DISCO: A Case Study
DISCO is a legaltech company that applies AI and cloud computing to legal problems to help lawyers and legal teams improve legal outcomes. They're shaking the foundations of an industry overdue for an upgrade, and the Austin-based company officially reached Unicorn status in 2020.
We first began recruiting for DISCO in 2015, when we helped them hire three of their very first engineers. Fast-forward to 2021 and they're a team of over 400, and we're still here supporting them in their continued growth across Engineering, Product, and Design.
